Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes:
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location after processing. Please note that delays may occur during holidays, promotions, or due to carrier issues beyond our control. Please also note that if you order a Liberator item that it can take longer as these are handmade by the manufacturer. 

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is a flat $9 per order.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package leaves our hands and is in the care of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or delayed items. If your tracking shows a delay or issue, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
